Std 7 Rangoli Competition

The art of rangoli is a storehouse of symbols. Beginning with the auspicious dot, the symbols go to expand to form a line, and the basic geometrical shapes like the circle, triangle, square and so on, each having its own significance. The symbolic value represents the basic energies of the universe. To make children aware about the importance of traditions and rituals, IH Rangoli Making Competition was undertaken in Grade 7.
