- It is compulsory for students to come to the school by school bus only. The routes of the school buses are drawn up and the parents should consult the school transport Incharge for necessary details. At the time of confirmation of admission, parents are asked to fill up a transport request application for the confirmation of pick up and drop point on the bus route.
- It is the parents’ responsibility to drop and pick up children from their stops
- Parents are urged to refrain from making requests for change of routes, diversion, additional stoppage and reallocation of stoppage.
- All students are expected to be at the bus stop at least five minutes before the arrival of the bus.
- The bus will not wait for late comers.
- The children should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
- No Student will travel standing on the foot – board.
- The front door of the bus is the only authorized entrance and exit.
- No student should expose head or arms outside the window, when the bus is in motion.
- Discarding trash or food stuffs inside the bus is not allowed.
- The drivers are authorized to stop buses at the designated stops only, unless otherwise directed by the bus duty teacher.
- Courteous behaviour is expected even during the bus journey and the driver’s attention must not be distracted by shouting or shrieking.
- The bus duty teacher, student bus monitor and a maid will be responsible for maintaining discipline in the buses. Any serious offence must be reported to the principal through class councilor and the discipline Incharge.
